Kari (ArtsyMama) is at it again! She is hosting another fun blogging pARTy! This one is in celebration of the recent publication of Somerset's Artful Blogging. Here is my contribution. An easy-peasy vintage button bracelet. The original (and more detailed) directions for this project can be found in this fabulous book!

Here are the supplies you will need:
Buttons (number will depend on length of bracelet ans button size. I used 15 for mine.)
Fine gauge beading wire or tigertail
Toggle clasp (or other clasp of choice)
2 Crimps
Wire cutters and Pliers

Directions:
1. Cut a length of wire about 2-3 inches longer than your wrist.
4. When bracelet is desired length, add second half of toggle. Secure with crimp bead and cut excess wire.
5. All done! Easy peasy! If you would like to gussy up your bracelet a bit, you can add beads to the centers of the buttons when you are wiring them together. (See step 3)
2. Secure one piece of the toggle clasp to one end of the wire. (Use pliers to squeeze crimp bead in place.)
3. String buttons onto wire, weaving in and out of holes. Pull wire tightly to keep buttons in place. I like to use buttons that are all the same size, larger ones on the top layer and smaller ones on the bottom layer.4. When bracelet is desired length, add second half of toggle. Secure with crimp bead and cut excess wire.
5. All done! Easy peasy! If you would like to gussy up your bracelet a bit, you can add beads to the centers of the buttons when you are wiring them together. (See step 3)
Enjoy!
