Bella Buys

I forgot to mention in my last post that I've added the leftover goodies from Silver Bella to the shop. Vendor Night was fantastic! THANK YOU, sweet friends!

These vintage bracelet kits were my most favorite thing that I put together for Silver Bella. I love the way the pastel charms, colored pearls, and rhinestones look with the goldtone bracelet. So fun and girlie! I will have additional bracelet kits available soon.

There were also a couple of these Bags of Blooms left too. Yum!

And some Prima Bella-rinas!

Merry and Bright

I hope that everyone had a fantastic holiday weekend! Ours was filled with family, fun, and LOTS of yummy food!

I spent this afternoon adding some fabulous new products and vintage finds to the website! LOTS of Christmas themed goodies, including these cutie-pie little elves! They are just too cute with their jumbo sized ears and pointy noses!

Another fantastic find were these vintage polka dotted mushrooms made in Germany! I am sooooo loving these, that I really want to keep them all to myself. But, i will be good and share... at least a few of them!!!

Also from Germany are these FABULOUS papier mache egg boxes. There are pinecones too! I was beyond excited to find these for you!!! I can just see these all glittered up.... Sigh....

Lots of new and re-stocked German Scraps!
Plus re-stocked Tinsel Garlands and Vintage Posies!

You can click here to see all the new stuff. Enjoy!

Dear Santa,

It snowed today! The first snow of the season. The sight of the snow sent my little one into a Christmas frenzy. She has been busy making cards and gifts all day long. Sweet little gifts made of cardboard tubes, construction paper, ribbons, and stickers....

She's working on her own wish list too. As soon as she's done we will send it off to Santa.
He is a very busy guy, but he still finds the time to write back!

His address is:
Santa Claus
North Pole HOH OHO
Canada

Time to go... someone needs some help with the Rudolph DVD....

Vendor Night & Swaps

I've had the hardest time this week getting things done. I still have Silver Bella on the brain!!! I've also been waiting for a box that I shipped home that has my leftover products from Vendor Night and some of my class projects. I do have some pics from my table at Vendor Night and can show off the ornaments from the swap I hosted.

These are some shots of my table at Vendor Night. I was a nervous wreck going into this. I was really worried about my displays not looking up-to-par. I had a vision in my head of what I wanted everything to look like, but I knew it just couldn't happen since I had to ship everything. That was my other fear... shipping stuff. What if my things didn't arrive!?!? I seriously lost sleep over this in the weeks before the event.

Luckily, everything arrived. And, the evening turned into a bigger success than I could have imagined! I sold out of nearly everything that I brought. Country Living was also there snapping photos! The editors and photographers were fantastic and so friendly! There will be an article coming out next fall about SB. So keep your eyes out!

These little ballerina shadowboxes are the ornaments that I made for the swap that I hosted. I also made some extra for trades and teacher gifties. They were so fun! I used digital goodies from Shabby Miss Jenn Designs to create the toppers. Below are the FABULOUS ornies that I received in the swap. These girls are so talented! I can't wait to put these lovelies on my tree!

Ornaments by Jennifer, Wendy & Suzanne

Ornaments by Jill, Mollie, Cindy, Beth ,Victoria

Ornaments by Dede, Danielle, Iva, & Kerry Lynn

Hopefully my box of treasures arrives here soon! I can't wait to share the projects that I made! AND, this was my 100th post, so there will have to be a giveaway to celebrate!!!! :)

Bella-rific

Wow.
That is pretty much the only word that I can think of to describe Silver Bella. Thank you soooo much, Teresa (and your sweet family) for putting this together!!! It was fantastic. Even better than I had imagined it to be... if that is possible! I really don't know where to start in describing the experience. I think the most amazing part had to be the people involved. All of the sweetest gals in blogland were at this event. It was wonderful and a bit surreal to finally meet everyone!

With my pal Little Melfie (miss you!!!)

Adorable Kari of ArtsyMama fame

The super sweet ScrappyJessi and me.

There were soooo many other amazing women there.... Hope, Beth, Danielle, Michele, Heather, Cari, Jeanie, Wendy, Suzanne, Gigi, Maija (who, I sadly only saw for a few brief moments)... just to name a few... there were many more!!!

The instructors were absolutely top-notch. The classes were fun, laid-back, and interactive. I had classes with Jennifer Paganelli, Jenny & Aaron, Pam Garrison, Kim Kwan, and Carolyn Peeler. They were all fabulous... and I was definitely a little star struck! I still have some work to do on all of the projects to finish them up before I can show you! I was especially thrilled to meet Jennifer Paganelli of Sis Boom... I have LOVED her work for so long, and she is just the sweetest person! I was also very excited to meet Charlotte Lyons!!! I have been a fan of her lovely work for a long time, and her book Between Friends, is one of my absolute favorites. I bought a kit from her and CANNOT wait to do it!

Ms. Sis Boom, herself!

There is so much more to share! Sadly, I didn't take as many photos as I should have.... but I will post more soon!

Just wanted to spread the word that Speckled Egg will be closed for the week, since I will be away at Silver Bella. Any leftover goodies from Silver Bella will also be added to the website at that time... and many other fun holiday items will be added shortly!
