A Very Merry December

Whoooooooooosh.
December has been a whirlwind of fun stuff around here.
Parties, cookies, presents, decorations, friends, and family.
I LOOOOOOVE the holidays!
We had a blast, but to be honest, I'm ready to move on.
I'm looking forward to a brand new year.
I hope all of you have a happy and safe New Year, and all your goals, wishes, and dreams for 2010 come true.
I think it is going to be a VERY good year!

I didn't take many photos at SB this year... and the ones that I did take didn't come out so well. The photos below are mainly pics of my swap items, gifts I made, and my booth for Vendor Night. I have to finish up a few of my class projects, and will share those soon!

Just for me

When I signed up for Natasha's "All About Me Swap" last month, I knew exactly what I was going to make. Her idea for this "swap" was wonderful ~ to create something for yourself and share it on your blog. I love participating in swaps, but I rarely make things just for me.

I found this vintage case at a yard sale for $1 earlier this summer. I had been looking for something to use to carry my supplies for classes at Silver Bella. This was perfect!

My first attempt at paper mache... since elementary school.
A little army of snowmen (sumo guys?) heading for the oven to dry.
I'm hoping that with some paint, glitter, and foof they won't look so "sumo-ish"!
